Maintenance for all types of forklift
All machines have mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components, and their maintenance must be carried out regularly and to the highest standard. These are highly complex parts that are sensitive to moisture and dust, and if they are neglected, a leak or a short circuit is never far away.
Electric forklifts require even greater care, as all of their motion depends on electricity. Our electricians are experienced technicians who always follow the manufacturers' instructions, maintaining the electrical components so as to avoid the problems that commonly affect these machines. Our workshop also places great emphasis on fault repair.
Forklift engine maintenance
We offer full maintenance of diesel, petrol and gas engines as well as electric motors. Each has its own characteristics and maintenance requirements, and we make sure each one receives the right care.
Drivetrain maintenance
Drivetrain systems vary across forklifts: there are automatic and manual gearboxes combined with a differential to transmit drive to the wheels, while some machines use hydrostatic or electric drive.
In every case, we cover their maintenance, from simple lubricant changes to the most demanding maintenance work.
Brake/handbrake system maintenance
Maintaining the brake system is essential given its importance to the machine's operation, as it allows the machine to be brought to a safe stop. We provide proper maintenance for all brake systems, from simple hydraulic circuits to servo-assisted systems and even air brake systems.
Across all categories we can handle everything from simple jobs such as brake fluid changes or brake shoe adjustment, to major work such as replacing consumables and upgrading the brake system.
This is also reflected in the weight that machine manufacturers themselves place on it, setting out specific schedules and tasks for the correct and regular maintenance of their machines and attaching great importance to their inspection.
Hydraulic system maintenance
Hydraulic systems are also a fundamental part of lifting equipment, since the lifting capability of each machine and safe lifting depend on them.
For low-, medium- and high-pressure hydraulic systems, we provide correct maintenance using the appropriate consumables (filters, oils, fluids, etc.).

Fault repair is a top priority for our workshop – and, by extension, for our company – for all our customers. It puts an end to problems caused by prolonged use or malfunction, by adverse conditions (weather or site layout) or even by incorrect use of the machines.
The fact that most faults arise from a lack of operator knowledge leads us to place great emphasis on operator awareness.
Engine fault repair
Our workshop repairs every fault that can occur in a petrol, diesel or electric engine, from a simple leak or adjustment to full overhauls with oversize parts or cylinder liners, and repairs to the fuel system (diesel pumps, carburettors, injection, etc.), the electrical system and the exhaust system, including on turbocharged engines.
Drivetrain fault repair
On the drivetrain, we are able to step in and fix everything from simple minor leaks, adjustments and malfunctions through to a complete rebuild (replacement and repair of gears, shift forks, synchronisers, synchro keys and couplers on the primary and secondary shafts), replacement of gears in differentials and reduction units (crown wheel, pinion, planetary and satellite gears), and torque converters and clutch plates in automatic gearboxes, always to each manufacturer's specifications.

The brake system is an equally important mechanism which, when in excellent condition, allows the machine to be brought to a safe stop.
Our workshop technicians specialise in the repair, replacement and adjustment of brake systems, whether simple hydraulic brakes or more complex systems with pumps, servo-assisted brakes or even air brake systems on large machines.
Many of these brake system components can be repaired, allowing a more economical approach to cost, always with safety as the guiding principle.
Hydraulic system repairs
The hydraulic system is one of the most important on the machine, because the work we get out of it depends on it. That is why it must operate correctly.
Our workshop can solve any problem – big or small – that arises on your machine, such as replacing or repairing hydraulic pumps, control valves, hydraulic cylinders, tilt cylinders, hoses, couplings, quick couplers, etc. Many of these components can be repaired using the gasket or seal sets and kits available.
In this way we can avoid a costly replacement without any compromise on the safety of the machine, and always in line with its specifications.
Beyond maintenance and repair of hydraulic systems, our workshop installs all types of hydraulic attachments designed to help carry out lifting work – or work requiring special attachments – better and faster. Attachments of this type include:
